Here are a few things to try if you are having trouble logging in.



1. Be sure you are using the email address (Username) you purchased the program with, or if you have changed it, that you notified us of the change.


2. If you have made several attempts to log in without success, clear your cache. This will clean up any invisible ‘crumbs’ of data that may remain from previous attempts. If you don't know how to do this, type the following into Google "How to clear browser cache" + browser name eg: Chrome, Safari etc


3. On the main login page, you can use the password reset link. Remember, you must use the email address you originally purchased with. Please check your spam/trash for the password email. It sometimes gets filtered.


4. If you still have trouble, contact our Support.
