If you are having problems playing the videos, here are a few things to check.

2. Try a different browser. We have found the best results to be with Firefox or Chrome.
3. Sometimes the videos will not play on an iPad.
If all else fails, it may be that your computer has been infected by spyware. We suggest you take steps to clean the spyware off. There are several free programs to help with that, here are two:
